Sometimes I can hear a specific song and it brings tears. This is one of them. I am not sure the songwriter had anything to do with children in mind when it was written, but when I hear it, I am reminded that my kids are growing up so quickly and no matter what I try, they just wont slow down.
“Slow down, before our today becomes our yesterday.”
It is a good thing to remember right now when they are driving me nuts.
