I am eating exclusively Pioneer Woman recipes this week (ok, except Wednesday) ….they may not be the uber healthy stuff, but if I am going to de-sugar, I am going to have to enjoy suppers. I will eat over the top healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Supper has to be delectable.

Monday: no school – can I get a WOOT!!
Tacos (as requested by Crazy Man!!)
Tuesday: no evening activities – another WOOT!
Chicken Parmigiana
Wednesday:
Peperoncini Beef (never got this made last time I wanted to)
Thursday:
Meatballs with Peppers and Pineapple
Friday: Girlie Un-Birthday Party (more on that later this week)
As requested: Pizza, Root Beer, Mt. Dew, Chocolate Milk, Hershey Kisses, M&M’s, Skittles, Kit Kat, Reece’s Pieces, Grandmas’ Ice Cream Cake (future blog of it’s own) Yeah, sounds like a whole bunch of stomach aches waiting to happen…will have to come up with a way to work portion control.
Saturday:
Breakfast – Pancake Smorgasbord (chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry, cool whip, syrup, bananas, hmmmm, see what else they request)
Spaghetti Squash Lasagna – Just for me…I can eat this for a week straight.
So the grocery shopping is done and now I just have to buckle down and cook the stuff. Will be back in a week to let you know how all the Pieper kids (and mom and dad) vote!
