Thankful for leftovers!

Happy Black Friday to you all!  As many of us got up early to get the bargains, we most likely need something easy to do with our leftovers!  I am sure many of us have left over turkey laying around, or if you are like me, you bought a turkey because they are so cheap right now so you are cooking it, shredding it, and storing it.  Either way, I searched the internet and found a few recipes I think look good.  Healthy?  Maybe.  Good?  I hope so.  If you try one, let me know if it was good.

BlogHer has a great list of ideas.
